I. PRICE

All prices include VAT (value added tax) of 20%. To the prices can be added postage according to the selected ordering method of delivery. Payments are done in EUR.

II. PAYMENT

The client has the right to choose between the following payment methods:

The invoice for the subsequent payment by bank transfer to a specified account of the Seller.

Payment system Maksekeskus (Swedbank, SEB, Danske Bank, LHV, Nordea, Krediidipank).

III. RETURNS OF GOODS OF ADEQUATE QUALITY

You have the right to return the goods purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the order!

What do you need to do to return the goods:

Fill in the waybill and the application for a refund. Attach a copy of your sales slip or cash register receipt for the order. Refunds shall be made by cash or non-cash settlement, by transfer to a bank account of the buyer of the goods.

IMPORTANT! Refunds shall be made exclusively to the bank account of the buyer!

ATTENTION! The Seller is entitled to perform an expert examination of the goods in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, and to refuse the return of the goods, if any deficiencies have occured due to reasons for which the Seller is not responsible.

ATTENTION! We accept the returns only of products purchased directly in CAMOZON online store. Similar products purchased in retail stores, as well as shipped by customer pickup will not be accepted for return.

IV. RETURNS OF THE GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

The goods of improper quality shall be understood to mean the goods that are not capable of ensuring their functional qualities due to a significant deficiency. The goods of improper quality shall also include the goods being returned due to inconsistencies with the ordered ones (in product catalogue number, color, quality or size). The difference in the elements of design or decoration from those stated in the description available on the website shall not be deemed as a malfunction or dysfunction of the goods.

When accepting returned goods from the Buyer, the Seller, if necessary, checks the quality of the goods. In the event of a dispute about the causes of the deficiencies of the goods, the Seller shall carry out the expert examination of such goods. If the examination of the goods results in conclusion that the deficiencies have arisen as a result of circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer shall be obliged to reimburse the Seller for the expenses of the expert examination, as well as for the storage and transportation costs associated with its implementation.

Timeline for the remedy of defects of the goods designated in writing by the agreement of the Parties may not exceed forty five (45) days. If the term of elimination of defects of the goods is not defined in writing by agreement of the Parties, such defects shall be eliminated immediately, that is, within the minimum period of time, which is objectively necessary to remedy the defects, taking into account the commonly used methods.

V. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Within 10 days after we receive the returned product, you will be refunded. Time limits for the remittance of funds to your bank account depends on the terms and conditions established by the bank’s internal regulations.
