Softshell vs. Hardshell
Unlike softshells (like Blizzard) that protect against light wind and drizzle, the Squall provides maximum waterproofing, full weather resistance, and true breathability.
Membrane Performance
Equipped with a 3-layer TorrentStretch® membrane (3L), the jacket combines outer fabric, microporous membrane, and integrated liner. Its micropores keep water out while allowing moisture to escape. Waterproof rating: 30,000 mm. Breathability: 30,000 g/m²/24h. RET: 7 (excellent vapor permeability).
