Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to EU regulations and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, you have the right to withdraw from products purchased from the camozon.ee online store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to withdraw from the contract?
To do so, you can use the digital form below (the fastest way) or send a free-form application to the e-mail address info@camozon.ee.
Important conditions:
The product must be complete and in its original packaging.
When testing the product, the following principle must be observed: the product may only be handled in a manner that is permitted in a physical store.
Return costs are borne by the buyer (except if the product is defective).
We will refund the money (including delivery costs) without delay, but no later than within 14 days.
