Our online activities are in accordance with the activities that comply with the laws of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Required personal information may include name, address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number)
Collection of other data
We also collect personal data that can be directly linked to an individual (gender, age, language preferences, location).
We may also collect information about customer activity on our Web site. This information is collected and used to provide customers with more useful information and to learn what types of website products and services are of most interest. This privacy policy treats aggregate data as non-personal data.
Use and storage of collected personal data
With the personal data collected, we can inform customers about new products, campaigns and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be on our mailing list or receive notifications can remove themselves from the target audience at any time.
We may also use the personal data collected to deliver products and fulfill our obligations to the customer.
By agreeing to the terms of the privacy policy, the customer consents to the automatic processing of their data. You can always withdraw your consent by sending a free-form statement, which can be sent in writing to online@camozon.ee. A declaration or withdrawal of consent is not retroactive.
In order to better serve our customers, we may disclose information about individual users to a third party who provides services to us and is contractually obligated to keep this information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner who is responsible for editing content or providing translation services.
We keep the customer’s personal data until the loyalty contract is terminated. We store data that we are legally obliged to store (e.g. accounting data) in accordance with the requirements established by law.
CAMOZON OÜ is the main processor of personal data and transfers the personal data required for making payments (in the online store) to the authorized processor MONTONIO Finance OU
Protection of personal data
We take all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect customer personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process data.
If you suspect that your personal information has been compromised as described in this privacy policy, or that there is a risk of your information being leaked to third parties, please notify us immediately. This is the only way we can minimize potential damage.
The Customer has the right to request the termination of the processing of his/her data, information about the use of data and the transfer of data to himself/herself or to a third party in a publicly available format. To avoid misuse of data and customer rights, requests may only be submitted in a form that identifies the applicant (digitally signed). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 calendar days.
We consider a request to stop processing data as a request to terminate a loyalty agreement.
Security
All personal data of the customer, which became known during the visit to the website and the conclusion of contracts, will be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data transmission channel ensures the security of the personal data of the website visitor.
Terms and changes to the Privacy Policy
By using our website or completing a loyal customer application, you, by reading, agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of our privacy policy, if necessary, by notifying all regular customers, but we do our best to keep our privacy policy up to date and available to you on our website.
