The HAIX® Black Eagle® Athletic 2.0 V GTX MID coyote is a practical and understated boot for every use.
A combination of suede and textile forms the upper material of this sporty boot, while its inner lining is made of three-layer GORE-TEX® laminate (GORE-TEX® Extended). This makes the shoe waterproof yet very breathable. The abrasion-resistant lining offers maximum climate comfort, especially for flexible and changing uses indoors and outdoors, and even in warmer temperatures.
The HAIX® Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking to transport moisture to the outside via the Micro-Dry lining at the end of the shaft.
The insole is particularly comfortable and cushioning. It wicks away moisture very well and is also antibacterial. A separate heel cup ensures optimal cushioning and foot guidance within the shoe.
The outsole of this popular boot is made from a special rubber compound. In addition to being durable, it offers excellent grip on a wide variety of terrain. Its special tread design makes it anti-slip even in cold and wet conditions and is suitable for fast roping. The lightweight and cushioning, elastic two-layer PU midsole includes a stabilization zone for optimal pressure distribution on uneven terrain. A stabilizer, an asymmetrical PU insert, stabilizes the heel.
The closed Smart Lacing lacing system allows for a smooth, pressure-free fit. The practical quick-release fastener ensures a perfect fit in no time, while the lace ends can be tucked away in the lace pocket. The lateral HX design elements, made from tensile and tear-resistant material, not only look great, they also help transfer the tension of the lacing elements to the entire midfoot area. The heel clip stabilizes the rearfoot.
Further highlights of the shoe include additional toe protection and its low weight. Metal-free and antistatic, it accompanies its wearer in every situation and ensures comfortable walking characteristics, even during long periods of wear.
