I. RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

You have the right to return the goods purchased from us within 7 days of receiving the order!

What you need to do for a refund:

  1. Fill in the application for a refund (application form here) / I will send the form as a separate file
  2. Enclose a copy of the paid order (sent to you together with the goods)
  3. Seal the returned item in a plastic bag and enclose the return application form and a copy of the paid order inside

  5. Refund is made only by bank transfer to the bank account of the buyer of the goods within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods

IMPORTANT: Refunds are made only to the buyer's bank account from which the order was paid!

ATTENTION: Only products purchased in CAMOZON online store are accepted for return. Similar products purchased in retail or wholesale network of other stores are not accepted for return.

ATTENTION: The seller has the right to conduct an expert examination of the goods, in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, and refuse to return the goods, if the defects occurred for reasons for which the seller is not responsible.

II. RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

Goods of inadequate quality are goods that are not capable of providing their functional qualities due to a significant defect. Goods of improper quality also include goods that are returned due to non-compliance with what was ordered (article, color, quality, size). The difference of design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the website is not a defect or non-functionality of the goods.

When returning the Goods from the Buyer, the Seller shall, if necessary, carry out a quality check of the Goods. In case of a dispute about the causes of defects of the Goods, the Seller performs an expert examination of the Goods. If as a result of the expert examination of the Goods it is established that their defects have arisen due to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the costs of the expert examination, as well as storage and transportation costs related to its performance.

The period of elimination of defects of the goods, determined in writing by agreement of the Parties, may not exceed 45 (forty-five) days. If the term for elimination of defects of the goods is not determined in writing by agreement of the Parties, these defects shall be eliminated immediately, i.e. within the minimum period objectively necessary for their elimination taking into account the generally applicable method.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Within 7 days after we receive the returned goods, you will be refunded. The term of crediting funds to your account depends on the terms established by the internal regulations of banks.
