The difference of design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the website is not a defect or non-functionality of the goods.<\/p><p>When returning the Goods from the Buyer, the Seller shall, if necessary, carry out a quality check of the Goods. In case of a dispute about the causes of defects of the Goods, the Seller performs an expert examination of the Goods. If as a result of the expert examination of the Goods it is established that their defects have arisen due to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the costs of the expert examination, as well as storage and transportation costs related to its performance.<\/p><p>The period of elimination of defects of the goods, determined in writing by agreement of the Parties, may not exceed 45 (forty-five) days.
