The jacket integrates a 3-layer TorrentStretch\u00ae membrane, combining the outer fabric, a microporous membrane, and an inner liner into a single durable laminate. Its micropores are smaller than a water droplet but larger than a vapor molecule, allowing sweat to escape while keeping water out.<\/p>\n
The Squall Hardshell is engineered for high-output activity in all conditions: heavy rain, snow, wind, and low temperatures. With a waterproof rating of 30,000 mm and breathability of 30,000 g\/m\u00b2\/24h, it exceeds the requirements of most technical outerwear. RET (Resistance to Evaporative Heat Transfer) is rated at 7, ensuring excellent vapor permeability for comfort during prolonged exertion.
